Shut-off and control valves

Tobol is the exclusive distributor in Russia of Manik Engineers, an Indian company that has been manufacturing control elements, shut-off and regulating valves for automation of refrigeration plants since 1978. Manik is the leader in supplying valves and automation equipment for the refrigeration industry in the Indian market. Manik equipment has successfully proved itself in the countries of Asia and Africa. Manik products are authorized for use by Rostekhnadzor, and any valve is supplied with a passport for further registration with the local regulatory authority.
Manik produces the following main types of shut-off and control valves and automation equipment:

Types of shut-off and control valves and automation equipment

MHPSV High pressure shut-off valves
Maximum operating pressure 55bar, temperature range -60°C ... + 150°C, fluid: HCFC, R717 (NH3), R744 (CO2), size range DN10-DN300. Available in stainless steel AISI304, operating pressure 150bar.
MRASV solenoid valves
Maximum operating pressure 44bar, temperature range -40°C ... + 105°C, fluid: HCFC, R717 (NH3), R744 (CO2), size range DN15-DN40. Special temperature version up to 130°C for hot gas defrosting is available.
MHPRG high pressure control valves
Two versions are available: with cone type "A" for throttling, with cone type "B" for regulation. Maximum operating pressure 55bar, temperature range -60°C ... + 150°C, fluid: HCFC, R717 (NH3), R744 (CO2), size range DN10-DN100.
Available in stainless steel AISI304, operating pressure 150bar.
MHPSCV and MHPCV high-pressure check and stop-check valves
Maximum operating pressure 55bar, temperature range -60°C ... + 150°C, fluid: HCFC, R717 (NH3), R744 (CO2), size range DN15-DN125. Available in stainless steel AISI304, operating pressure 150bar.
MHPFV high pressure filters
Maximum operating pressure 55bar, temperature range -60°C ... + 150°C, fluid: HCFC, R717 (NH3), R744 (CO2), size range DN15-DN200.
Available in stainless steel AISI304, operating pressure 150bar.
MGV needle valves
Designed to connect instrumentation to the refrigeration system, sampling and degassing. Maximum operating pressure 52bar, temperature range -60°C ... + 150°C, fluid: HCFC, R717 (NH3), R744 (CO2), various connections available, also available in stainless steel.
MLS level switches are designed to control the refrigerant level in the refrigeration system
Maximum operating pressure 28bar, temperature range -45°C ... + 55°C, fluid: HCFC, R717 (NH3), flange connection DN20/DN25. Available in stainless steel
MSRV relief valves are designed to protect the refrigeration system from pressure increase
The valves can be supplied with set pressures from 10 to 25bar in 1.0bar increments, or in non-standard 0.5bar increments. Temperature range -50°C ... + 100°C, fluid: HCFC, R717 (NH3)
MGLG sight glasses made of low-temperature steel
All glasses are supplied with a built-in safety system (backstop device) and in the event of glass damage due to refrigerant pressure, the safety system should keep refrigerant loss to an absolute minimum. Maximum operating pressure 30bar, temperature range -50°C ... + 110°C, fluid: HCFC, R717 (NH3), connection via shut-off valves DN15.
SPM pressure and temperature regulators
The regulator is available in two versions: SPM 1 is designed for the installation of a single control valve, either screwed into the housing or installed in an external control line. The SPM 3 is designed to accommodate three control valves, so that the same valve can perform several functions. Maximum operating pressure 28bar, temperature range -50°C … + 120 °C, fluid: HCFC, R717 (NH3), R744 (CO2), size range DN25-DN125. It is possible to have a working pressure of 60bar and a temperature of -60°C
